Registered advocates, bar members, and public users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access, view, download, or print factual directory information, notifications, resolutions, and bar records strictly for personal, educational, or non-commercial professional use. This license is subject to the following conditions:

• You must not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any downloaded documents.
• The materials must not be modified, distorted, or used in a manner that misrepresents the Bar Association or its members.
• Strict Prohibition on Automated Extraction: Systematic harvesting, scraping, or mining of member data, enrollment numbers, or contact lists using automated tools (such as bots, spiders, or scrapers) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense under Section 43 and 66 of the IT Act, 2000.
• AI Training Restriction: No content or data from this platform may be used to train, fine-tune, or feed Large Language Models (LLMs) or artificial intelligence systems without explicit written consent from DIO.

3. BCI Advocate Policy & Professional Data Protection

In accordance with Rule 36 of the Bar Council of India Rules, advocate data listed on this portal is strictly for informational and regulatory compliance purposes. 2. सीमित और अनुमत लाइसेंस (Permissible Use)

पंजीकृत अधिवक्ताओं, बार सदस्यों और आम उपयोगकर्ताओं को प्रमाणित बार रिकॉर्ड, नोटिफिकेशन, प्रस्तावों और कानूनी निर्देशिकाओं (Directories) को केवल व्यक्तिगत, शैक्षणिक या गैर-व्यावसायिक व्यावसायिक उपयोग के लिए देखने, डाउनलोड करने या प्रिंट करने का एक सीमित, गैर-हस्तांतरणीय और प्रतिसंहरणीय (Revocable) लाइसेंस दिया जाता है। यह लाइसेंस निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन है:

• आप डाउनलोड किए गए किसी भी दस्तावेज़ से कोई भी कॉपीराइट, ट्रेडमार्क या मालिकाना नोटिस नहीं हटाएंगे या उसे बदलेंगे नहीं।
• सामग्री को इस तरह से संशोधित या विकृत नहीं किया जाना चाहिए जिससे बार एसोसिएशन या उसके सदस्यों की छवि खराब हो या गलत तथ्य प्रस्तुत हों।
• स्वचालित डेटा माइनिंग (Scraping) पर पूर्ण प्रतिबंध: किसी भी ऑटोमेटेड टूल (जैसे बोट्स, स्पाइडर या स्क्रैपर) का उपयोग करके सदस्यों के डेटा, नामांकन संख्या या संपर्क सूचियों को निकालना सख्त वर्जित है और यह आईटी अधिनियम, 2000 की धारा 43 और 66 के तहत एक दंडनीय आपराधिक अपराध है।
• AI ट्रेनिंग पर प्रतिबंध: इस प्लेटफॉर्म की किसी भी सामग्री या डेटा का उपयोग DIO की स्पष्ट लिखित सहमति के बिना आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) सिस्टम या लार्ज लैंग्वेज मॉडल्स (LLM) को प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।

3. BCI अधिवक्ता नीति और व्यावसायिक डेटा की सुरक्षा

बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया के नियमों के धारा IV के नियम 36 के अनुसार, इस पोर्टल पर सूचीबद्ध अधिवक्ताओं का डेटा पूरी तरह से सूचनात्मक और नियामक अनुपालन के उद्देश्यों के लिए है। इस डायरेक्टरी को किसी भी तीसरे पक्ष द्वारा व्यावसायिक लीगल लिस्टिंग, लीड जनरेशन या अनधिकृत वकील रैंकिंग सेवाओं के लिए कॉपी या रीपैकेज नहीं किया जा सकता है। सदस्यों द्वारा प्रकाशित कानूनी लेख या विचार संबंधित लेखक की शैक्षणिक संपत्ति बने रहेंगे, लेकिन प्लेटफॉर्म के पास इसे प्रदर्शित करने का स्थायी लाइसेंस रहेगा।

4. डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डेटा संरक्षण (DPDP) अनुपालन

DPDP अधिनियम, 2023 के अनुसार, बार सदस्यों के व्यक्तिगत डेटा का संकलन अनधिकृत प्रतियों और दुरुपयोग से सुरक्षित है। यदि कोई भी संस्था या व्यक्ति इस ई-बार प्लेटफॉर्म से जानकारी चुराकर कॉपीकैट डेटाबेस, मिरर वेबसाइट या ऑफलाइन डायरेक्टरी बनाता पाया जाता है, तो उसके खिलाफ डेटा उल्लंघन और कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन के लिए तत्काल कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

5. कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन के दावे और सामग्री हटाने का नोटिस (धारा 51)
